- Customs orders have a lot of work so have minimums and conditions. For lower amounts use giftcards.
- We only accept orders of $300 or equivalent amount in your currency, minimum.
- For orders in amazon create a wish list with all your goods.

- For orders on other platforms like JD, Taobao etc, convert your currency into dollars to make the calculation. Use the Cuex.com rate.
- We take up to 3 days to process your custom orders.
- You can pick up the product in an Amazon locker / Locker if it’s available in your country.
- For orders in the US we can receive it in our drop address and forward to you.
